He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Johnnie Dohrn" Addis and Eloise Addis (Wilson); his wife Linda Addis (Peterson); and his brother Mike Addis. He is survived by: his children, Brian Addis (Sheri), Kelly Addis, Trenton Addis and Katie Marshall (Addis).
