He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Clarence and Winifred Ilene Anhalt Hartman; his wife Carmen Lupita Loper of Oquawka; his children, Aletha Brownlee (Buck), Carmen West (Jason), Bill Hartman of Oquawka and Larry Hartman; his siblings, Judy Strasser (Jim) and Dennis Hartman (Debbie); his son Jeffrey; and his siblings, Kenneth, Fred, Richard, Lester, Ronnie and Alice. He was also cherished by His family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
