Green of Burlington, IA; his stepchildren, Gwen Sheff of Oquawka, IL and Bill Nichols of Gladstone, IL.; his grandchildren, Brandon Johnson, Jamie Tucker (Jesse), Bill McDermeit (Sarah), Chase Nichols, Cole Nichols and Emily Hastings; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Finley; his stepbrother Melvin Johnson (Marilyn); his daughter Laurie; and his siblings, Nadine and Kermit.
A memorial fund is being established by his family.
