He is survived by: his wife Jackie Carr; his children, Leslie Shelby of Margie, MN, Deana Perry (Matt) of Bloomfield, IA and Joshuah Carr of Stronghurst, IL; his grandchildren, Jordyn, Lexy, Amy, Anthony and Zoey; his great grandchild Leilah; and his sister Delilah Bloomer (Bob) of Silvis, IL.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
