He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Henshaw and Velma M. Simpson Henshaw. He is survived by: his children, Jacque Worden (Lewis), Becky Tee (Bryan), Stacey Henshaw (Jason), Harold Henshaw (Deanna) and Steven Henshaw of Oquawka, Illinois.; and his grandchildren, Julie Jern, Jennifer Currier, Dylan Tee, Austin Grafton, Taylor Grafton, Jamie Henshaw and Skylar Koph.

A memorial fund is being established for the Henderson County Humane Society.
