He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Hufnagel and Ivah Tinker Hufnagel; and his brothers, Tom Chapin Hufnagel of Oquawka, Illinois. and David.

Due to Covid 19 and recommendations of the CDC, no visitation or service is currently being planned by his family.
