With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Murphy (Oquawka, Illinois), born in Columbus Junction, Iowa, who passed away on December 3, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Murphy and Cora Jane Murphy (Jackson); his daughter Kim Davis; his grandson Zachary Bundy; and his brothers, Larry Paxton and Dick Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Bernhart; his children, Cindy Doyal (Bob) of Aledo, IL, Tammy Bundy (Rick) of Oquawka, IL and Zachary Murphy (Christi) of Box Elder, SD; his grandchildren, Jackie, Aimee, Angie, Cameron, Elizabeth, Matthew, Leeam and Connor; and his siblings, Jim Murphy (Bonnie) of Mediapolis, IA and Janet Alexander of Gladstone, MO.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Henderson County Food Pantry and left at the funeral home.
