With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Blakley of Oquawka, Illinois, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on January 21, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oliver and Nadine Lea Blakley (Vandever); his wife Patty Vernelle Turner; and his son-in-law Bill Bercaw. He is survived by: his children, Jim Blakley (Dianna) of Willow, Darren Blakley (Leann) of Gravois Mills, Crystal Bercaw (Bill) of Springfield and Cindy Erdman (John) of Willow City; and his sisters, Connie Ramsel (Dave) of Rushville, Missouri, Barbara Connour (Bob) of Galesburg, Illinois and Gail Zabel (Danny) of Rushville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
