He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lucille, Charles Cook, Alietha and Verle White; and his uncles, Charles "Deon" Cook and William "Tex" White.
He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Cook and Marlene Cook (White); his wife Brandy Jo Pitts; his children, Alivia Jade Cook of Opdyke and Landon Wyett Cook of Opdyke; his siblings, Trella Bass (Justin) of Kinmundy, Carrie Woodcock (Tony) of Bluford and Laura Moyer (Eric) of Flora, Illinois; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Hart of Carmi, Alex Hart of Kinmundy, Lucas Woodcock of Bluford, Jase Moyer of Flora, Bayley Moyer of Flora and Tymberlan Moyer of Flora; and also, David and Joyce Pitts of Opdyke. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorials may be made in Wyett's honor to the Cook family, in care of Brandy Cook. Memorials will go toward Alivia and Landon's college expenses.
