He was predeceased by: his father Jim O. Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Susan Westman; his children, Shelby Morgan of Opdyke, Illinois, Bryan Morgan of Mount Vernon and Brad Morgan (Erin) of Alma, Illinois; his grandchildren, Danielle Morgan of Mount Vernon, Brianna Morgan of Mount Vernon and Braylee Morgan of Opdyke, Illinois; his great grandchild Waylon Tate of Mount Vernon, Illinois; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Westman (Chris Keene) of New Castle, Delaware, Carolyn Wallis (Rick) of Liberty and Dawn Everett (Chad) of Norris City, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunt, and uncles.

Memorials may be made in Kenny's honor to The Roads Church in Norris City.
