Ronald W. Formhals Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald W. Formhals (Oneida, Illinois), who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Glenn Formhals and Eva Eileen Formhals (Schisler); and his brothers, Ulyesses Leon and George. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Syrkel; his brothers, Richard Formhals (Sheila) of Sequin and William Stanley Formhals (Selma) of Lewistown; and his sister-in-law Dolores Pat Formhals of Galesburg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, face masks and social distancing will be required.
Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice, Knox County Humane Society, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or to a charity of the donor's choosing.
