It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald L. McCormick (Oneida, Illinois), who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James McCormick and Bertha McCormick (Serven); and his grandson Caleb McCormick. He is survived by: his wife Ginger McCormick (Russell); his sons, Donald J. McCormick (Punitha) of Bloomington and Michael E. McCormick of Monmouth, Illinois; his grandchildren, Kielee McCormick of Monmouth and Anya McCormick of Bloomington, Illinois; and his siblings, Jim, Claire, Bonnie, Wanda and Brenda.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Knoxville American Legion Post (749 Henderson Rd, Knoxville, IL 61448).
Memorial Donations can be made to the Knox County Humane society in the name of Donald McCormick.
