He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Beard and Donna J. Beard (Page); and his brother Mark Beard. He is survived by: his wife Jerilynn Beard of Oneida; his daughters, Heather Skiles (Shane) of Rock Island and Laura Beard of Galesburg; his stepsons, Robert Bullock of Chillicothe and Benjamin Bullock of Corpus Christi, Texas; his grandchildren, Damon Deweese, Braxten Hawkins, Brantley Hall, Brayden Hall, Christian Bullock and Milla Bullock; and his siblings, Julie Bolon (Leonard) of Galesburg, Kathy Loveless (Greg) of Galesburg, Linda Goodman (Claude) of Galesburg and Gerald Beard of Holdenville, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
