He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Smith of Omaha, IL; his children, Ollen Smith Jr. of Eldorado, IL, Jonathan Smith of Eldorado, IL, Tina Thompson (Richard) of Steger, IL, Betty Mendoza (Rey) of Lowell, IN and Katrina Cessna (Matthew) of Omaha, IL; his grandchildren, Alissa, Stephanie, Deanna Tiffany, Michael, Alana, Vanessa, Rey, Noel, Alex, Silas, Olivia, Eloisa, Eliana, Savannah, Destiny, Airiona, Zackary, Austin and Bella; his great grandchildren, Logan, Caroline, Cera, Molly, Oliver, Kayleigh and Bayleigh; his sister Rose Page of Shawneetown, IL; his sister-in-law Luvean Smith of Rosiclare, IL; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews.
