She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Roth and Virginia Roth; her husband John Wagner; her brother Richard Roth; her daughter Deborah Pelan; her sister Lynda Barbee; and her children, Michael Pelan, Gregory Pelan and Colleen Rouse. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
