With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melissa Wilson (Omaha, Illinois), born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on July 15, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joe Wilson of Omaha; her children, Joey Wilson (Amy) of Norris City, IL, Misty Jester (Gary) of Omaha and Rachael Brown (Andy) of Omaha; her mother Janice Gross of Omaha; her siblings, Mike Gross (Connie) of Ridgway, Henry Gross (Lori) of Omaha, Sheila Fals (Steve) of Omaha, Pat Stidman (Dan) of Texas City, Libby Brinkley (Mike) of Omaha and Donna Brinkley (Richard) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Natalie, Alissa, Blake, Nathaniel, Isaac, Bryce, Bailee, Brenden and Callie; her father Henry Gross; her siblings, Wendell and Estelene Gross; and her parents-in-law, Ray and Betty Wilson. She was also cherished by children, siblings, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Omaha General Baptist Church Building fund in her memory, envelopes will be available.
