She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Herman Monroe and Mary Frances Monroe (Thorne); and her brothers, Herman and Tom Monroe. She is survived by: her husband E. A. Phelps of Omaha; her children, Junalie Nelson (Mike) of Omaha, Thomasena Bowles (John D.) of Omaha and Charles Phelps of North Dakota; her grandchildren, Dustin Nelson (Cailee), Keefe Phelps, Madison Cox, Bailey Cox, Marshal, Juli, Hayden and Abel Bowles; and her great grandchild Spencer Phelps.
