It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Theobald of Olympia Fields, Illinois, born in Garner, Iowa, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Theobald. She is survived by: her children, Lee Pensinger (John), Clare Kirkpatrick (Peter), Margaret Annunziata (Rich) and Rick Theobald (Barb); and her grandchildren, Chris Kirkpatrick, Cortnay Ohm, Chad Pensinger, Erin Shaw, J. D. Annunziata, Jordan Melendy and Lia Vergin.
Due to Covid-19 a private family Interment will take place August 5, 2020.
