He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Kelly; his child Francis Kelly (Sandra); his parents, Francis Kelly and Mary Kelly (Barnes); and his sibling Kay Kelly (Janis).
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Kelly and John Kelly (Laura).
