He is survived by: his children, Ken Moroney (Kim), Joy Wulzen (Jim), James E Moroney III, Jim Gatlin (Frances) and Michael Gatlin; his grandchildren, Drew Goatz (Kayla), Josh Goatz, Reilly Moroney, Sydney Moroney, Stevie Sweeney (Connor) and Lacy Gill; his great grandchildren, Ezra Sweeney and Jonathan Acklesen; his siblings, Jane Schmitt (late Thomas), Peggy Barkus (late Paul), Kathy Veasman (Buzz), David Moroney (Barbara), Michael Moroney (Claire), Richard Moroney (Doreen), Patti Andersen (Chuck) and Robert Moroney (Tammy); and his sister-in-law Maryanne Sullivan.
