She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Szymanski; her parents, Exilda Grimmenga and Edward Grimmenga; and her sister Blanche Griscom (late James). She is survived by: her children, John Szymanski (Cathy), Marianne Gezich (late Edward), Alan Szymanski (Cynthia), Barbara Miller (Eric) and Edward Szymanski (Barbara); and her siblings, Roy Grimmenga (late Jeanette), Leo Grimmenga (Jean), Dolores Stack (late Stanley) and Edmund Grimmenga (late Marilyn).
