He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Emola and Rose Emola; his wife Carol; his son Bradley Emola; and his brothers, Peter Emola and Adolf Emola.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Dunlap (Patrick); his grandchildren, Philip Higgins (Erin), Tessa Haugen and Dominic Emola; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Higgins, Sophia Higgins and Autumn Higgins.
