She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Radolak and Angeline Radolak; and her siblings, Dianne (Wozniak) and Dennis. She is survived by: her husband Charles; her daughters, Jennifer Ahmadian (Jeff) of Naperville, IL, Melissa Pisarczyk (David) of Crown Point, IN and Amanda Bonebrake (Eric) of Frankfort, IL; her grandchildren, Seth, Cade, Ainsley, Taylor, Nora, Claire and Benjamin; and her stepson Brian. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
