He is survived by: his wife Nella McDowell; his children, Russell Dilley (Brenda) of West Salem, IL, Candi Belcher of Olney, IL, John Dilley of Albion, IL, Teresa Smith (Travis) of Oblong, IL, Michelle Turner (Kyle) of Bridgeport, IL, Amy Zachary (Steven) of Noblesville, IN, Terry Petty of Los Angeles, CA and Cheryl Myers of Fairfield, IL; and his sisters, Letha Thomas of North Carolina and Shirley Jones of Pana, IL. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several beloved nieces and nephews.
