He was predeceased by: his parents, James Volney and Maude Hundley (Lennon); his wife Ava Lenora Gudgel; his son Richard James Hundley; and his siblings, Leona Hundley, Ronald Hundley, Hattie Wright and Byron Hundley.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Hundley (Tresa) of Noble, IL and Linda Brown of Olney, IL; his sister Beatrice Stanley of Alabama; his grandchildren, Daisy Matlock (Kevin) of Lawrenceville, Derek Hundley (Hillary Lewis) of Olney, Michael Hundley (Haley) of Olney, Scotty Brown (Angel) of Olney, David Brown (Jalecia) of Savannah, GA and Denise Duncan (Sonny) of Mt. Carmel, IL; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Matlock, Isaiah Matlock, Paxton Hundley, Bradley Brown, Luke Hundley, Warner Hundley, Christopher Brown, Cameron Brown, Adrianna Maxwell, Axle Maxwell, Peyton Hayes and Ahrqlin Duncan.
