She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis V. Baldwin and Myrtle E. Baldwin (Catteron); her husband Carson Smith; and her siblings, Eddie Baldwin, Robert Baldwin, Kelly Baldwin, Guy Martin Baldwin, Susan Glasser and Evelyn Whittaker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to the Mooseheart Foundation.
