He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ratcliffe and Vera Ratcliffe (Courtright); his brother Terry Ratcliffe; and his grandson Nicholas Hinderliter. He is survived by: his children, Julia Surratt (Troy) of Beardstown, IL, Shirley Hinderliter of Olney, Michael Ratcliffe of Olney, Terri Griffith of Collinsville, IL, Jeff Ratcliffe of Olney, Stephen Ratcliffe (Danielle) of Hutsonville, IL and Sherri Gibson (Bryan) of Calhoun; his brother Bill Ratcliffe (Patti) of Albion; and his partner Carilyn Grinestaff of Olney. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
