He is survived by: his parent Lowell Atwood; his sons, Steven Atwood, Jr (Lesley) of Olney and Brandon Atwood of Olney; his mother Ina Atwood of Olney; his grandchildren, Dallas Atwood, Haliey Spencer, Blake Atwood, Alex Atwood, Lilly Spencer, Caydence Atwood and Gracie Atwood; and his sisters, Deb Millman (Ed), Cheryl Allison (John David) and Connie Hawkins (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
