With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Dugan of Olney, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Taylor and Elsie Taylor (Patterson); and her husband Charles Dugan. She is survived by: her son Tommy Ray Dugan; her uncle Carl; and her aunt Marie Taylor.
