Shirley Anne Kessler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Anne Kessler of Olney, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Brock and Camilla Brock (Baker); her husband Robert Eugene Kessler; her son Stephen Eugene Kessler; her siblings, Randall, Rose Hughes and Kay Frohning; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Brock, Charles Hughes and Lyle "Skip" Milligan.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Jennifer Kessler of Olney; her grandchildren, Emily Kirk (Derek) of Madisonville, KY and Christopher Kessler (Sidney) of Geneva, IL; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Maddie, Ryker Kirk, Beckett and Scottie Kessler; her siblings, Jim Brock of Olney and Marty Milligan of Clay City; and her siblings-in-law, Dan Frohning of Ingraham and Marilyn Brock of Olney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Richland Country Club (5499 IL-130, Olney, IL 62450).
Memorial donations can be made in Shirley's name to Trinity Lutheran Church Preschool Program.
