She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward G. Bass and Cleta Bass (Dorney); and her granddaughter Ella Marie Zwilling. She is survived by: her children, Anna Beard of Evansville, Valerie Mann of Virginia, Mary Payne of Sumner, Emily Zwilling of Olney and Emmett Padilla of Bridgeport, Illinois; and her brother Ed Bass of North Carolina. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
