She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Hill and Mildred Hill (Foos); her husband Harold M. Burgener; her close friend Millard Chaney; and her brother Robert Eugene Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Ricki Schmidt (Wanda) of Lynchburg, VA, Dennis Schmidt (Jennifer) of Concord, VA and Rachelle Reed of Watson, IL; her grandchildren, Ricki Schmidt (Jennifer), Stacie Cavin (Chris Kuhland), Ashley Dake (Jeremy), Stephanie Windhorst (Ryan), Tyler Schmidt (Kristin), Chase Schmidt (Mackayla), Mindy Maurer (Jeff) and Karie Kieffer (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Parker Schmidt, Audrey Schmidt, Johnny Cavin, Wyatt Cavin, Easton Dake, Reeslyn Dake, Jackson Windhorst, Maddox Windhorst, Emma Maurer and Noah Maurer; and her friend Penny Hoezle.
