He is survived by: his wife Glenora Blackford of Olney; his children, Terry Blackford (Linda) of Sapulpa, OK, Ben Blackford (Terrie) of Newburgh, IN, Randy Blackford (Ann) of Olney, Dave Blackford (Darla) of Greenville, IL, Scott Blackford (Sue) of Monroe, LA and Sherry Snyder (Richard) of Calhoun; his brothers, Wayne Blackford (Deloris) of Olney, Don Blackford (Jean) of Olney and Larry Blackford (Pat) of Olney; and his sister-in-law Betty Blackford of Olney. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
