He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Young and Florence Young. He is survived by: his wife Marcella Young; his children, Janice Johnstone (Doug) of Claremont, Gary Young (Cristy) of Olney and Dan Young (Cindy) of Sumner; and his grandchildren, Jillian Moore (Bryan), Jennifer Kerr (Josh), Joey Young, Jessica Guzman (Adrian), Justin Young (Kate), Jodi Holdrieth (Justin), Joshua Young (Jordan), Robert Young (Morgan), Jason Johnstone and Matthew Young (Ashton).

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Antioch Christian Church in memory of Robert Lee Young.
