He is survived by: his children, Malinda Valeu (Joe) of Shirley, IL, Robert Brooks, Jr. of Normal, IL, Russell Brooks (Michelle) of Olney and Randall Scott Brooks (Michelle) of Mt. Carmel, IL; his grandchildren, Taryn Fortner, Nicholas Fortner (Kate), Casie Brooks, Ransom Brooks and Gina O'Dell (Wes); his great grandchildren, Kennedy Fortner, Jase Fortner, Jack Bertsche, Harper Striz and Sadie Striz; his sister Mary Stewart; his close friend Linda Admondson; and his daughter Lilly Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
