We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2023, at the age of 68, Robert Gertsch of Olney, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Albert and Elsie May Gertsch (Brotherton); his wife Carla Jo Duncan; and his brother Chris Gertsch. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Duncan (Cindy) of Parkersburg, Vanessa McCormick (Kevin) of Noble and Aaron Gertsch (Elizabeth Goldman) of Noble; his grandchildren, Amy Strong (Josh), Andy Brock, Holly Duncan, Jeremiah Duncan, Ashtin McCormick, Zoie McCormick, Kaden Gertsch, Landen Gertsch and Kaylee Goldman; and his siblings, Gene, Phillip, Mike, Jim, John, Steve Gertsch, Barbara Stafford and Brenda Shields. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
