He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Paul C. Weber and Dorothy Weber (Bills); his stepmother Ollie Weber; his sister Winifred True; his son-in-law Kenny Monke; and his son Mark Weber.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Walters of Olney; and his children, Barbara Monke of Arcola, IL, Richard Neil Weber of Danville, IL, Donna Scherer of Springfield, IL and Sue Sheldon of Danville, IL. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
