He is survived by: his wife Karen Clinton (Rayborn); his stepsons, Tom Courtney (Angela) and Allen Courtney (Lena); his stepgrandchildren, Shyan, Brooklyn, Hailey, Madison and Emalee Courtney; his siblings, Janice Clinton of Olney, Brenda Francis (Steve) of Olney and Paul Clinton (Sherry) of Wheeler; his nieces and nephews, Eric Francis, David Francis (Dawn), Taylor Clinton, Amy Snowden (Ben) and Abigail Phillips (Dustin); his great-niece Auri Francis; and his great-nephews, Emmett Francis, Murphy Snowden, Rhett Phillips and Beckett Phillips.
