He is survived by: his mother-in-law Barbara Allen Ahlfield; his children, Matthew Donaldson (Chandra) of West Salem, Bethanee Pritchard (Butch) of Louisville, Ethan Donaldson (Tina) of Greeley, CO, Joshua Donaldson (Elizabeth) of Clay City, Adam Donaldson (Hilary) of Olney and Miranda Donaldson of West Salem; his siblings, Dr. Daniel Donaldson (Becky) of Florissant, MO, Gail Bouslog (Phil) of Kokomo, IN, Sally Courtney (Jerry) of Robinson, Melody Johnsen (Roy) of Olney, Judy Donaldson of Olney and Lula Vorick (Jeff) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandchildren, Ashley Hess, Whitney Wiseman, Luke, Marie, Mary Donaldson, Barbara, Clay Pritchard, Shantaya of Kveon, KJ, Keyshawn, Akeelah Donaldson, Jonah and Josephine Donaldson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
