She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy'Bill'W. Higgins and Delores F. Higgins (Outler); and her husband Eric W. Rudd. She is survived by: her children, Tara Skipworth (Nathan) of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Troy Deaton (Elizabeth) of Lawrenceville, Illinois; her brother Chris Hall of South Carolina; and her grandchildren, Deanna Leffler, Donnetta Rose, Paige Deaton, Carson Deaton, Zoey Deaton, Tyler Deaton, Cory Rule and Erich Deaton.

Memorial donations may be made to Paws & Claws Animal Rescue Center.
