She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Elkins and Lora (Stone); her daughter Vicki Rose Black; and her sister Barbara Gassmann. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Black (Michael) of Olney and Paula Cardinal (Daniel) of Olney; her grandchildren, Christopher Black (Kim), Tyler Black, Justine Black, Jennifer Glover (Jason), Andrew Cardinal (Lisa) and Chelsy Schaefer (Blake); her great grandchildren, Caroline Glover, Reese Glover and Noah Cardinal; and her sister Juanita King. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
