He is survived by: his wife Felecia Bishop of Olney, IL; his son Dr. Michael; his daughter-in-law Christine Bishop of Burr Ridge, IL; his granddaughter Alison Hickey (Daniel) of Chicago, IL; his sister Beverly Hays of Harrisburg, IL; and his friends, Baird, Sandra Smith, Frank, Patricia Van Matre and Marilyn Holt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
