She is survived by: her children, Tony Cook (Connie) of Pana, IL, Ricky Cook (Vicki) of Effingham, IL and Terri Romoser (Sean) of Fenton, MO; her siblings, Carlyle Berry (Donna) of Olney and Doris Fisher of Athens, AL; and her grandchildren, Jared Cook (Laura), Courtney Cook, Ryan Romoser and Reagan Romoser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
