He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Dee and Anna Irene White (Curtright); and his brother Howard D. White. He is survived by: his wife Treva White (Tedford); his daughters, Diane O'Donnell (Shannon), Judy Lucas (Bill) and Lori Andersen (Bill); his granddaughters, Hannah and Heidi Andersen; and his sister Janice Flach.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Olney Southern Baptist Church.
