She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Dugan and Lela Dugan (Miller); her grandchildren, Chloe Rose and Nicholas Rose; and her siblings, Tom Dugan, Paul Dugan, Jane Andrews, Virginia Rodgers, Norma Anderson and Pauline Watson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lela Weesner (Tim) of Olney and Rae Rose (Shawn) of Olney, IL; her grandchildren, Heather Boyer (Kent), Brittania Kocher (Dusty), Ryan Weesner (Becky), Tara Speir (Dylan), Benjamin Rose and Emi Rose; her great grandchildren, Gracie, Garrett Boyer, Bella, Ainsley Kocher, Delaney Williams, Bowen, Tatum, Gemma Weesner, Harley, Sky Schmittler and Winter Speir; her great great grandchild Calvin Harmon; and her sister Karen Clow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
