It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Jane Shaw of Olney, Illinois, born in Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Odom and Flora Odom; her children, Vicki Glassford (Steve) and James Brent Shaw (Crystal); her granddaughter Jenny Laughlin (Darin); her great grandchildren, Kaylee (Deontri), Austin Laughlin and Liam Glassford (Anneke); her siblings, Frances Stoltz, Sue Dodson (Ronald) and Loyd Odom (Marilyn); her husband George Shaw; her son George Michael Shaw; and her grandson Christopher Glassford.
