She was predeceased by: her son Norman Dvorak; and her siblings, Betty Lou Bundick and David T. Hawes. She is survived by: her parents, Rosco Alexander and Fern; her children, Barbara Lischka (Mark), Laura Cleaver (Mike Harris) and Daniel Dvorak; her stepson Larry Dilley (Lillie); her daughter-in-law Lisa Dvorak; her grandchildren, Kristin Dvorak, Ashley Wagoner (Reed), Alexander Lischka, Caitlin Lischka, Justin Cleaver, Jesse Benefield, Edna Rose Bell, Nancy Christenberry, Dana Jenner and Jennifer Painter; her siblings, Charles Hawes (Marilyn), Richard Hawes (Anna) and Judy Yager of Dana Cochren; and also Rodgers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
