She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Hossel; and her sisters, Flora Brake, Tressie Bunting, Amy Rodgers, Mary Knackmuhs and Ruth Stevens.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Knackmuhs (Guyot), Dan Hossel of Olney and Cynde Frost (John) of Olney; her grandson Brad Frost (Jenna) of Sun Prairie, WI; and her nephews, Robert and Monte Stevens of Parkersburg, IL..
