She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Chapman and Hazel Chapman (Faught); her former husband Charles S. Messenger; her husband Donald E. Turner; and her son Robert Messenger.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Sally Messenger), Jerry (Judy Messenger), Lon (Sally Messenger) and Barbara; her son-in-law Steve Willmoth of Marshall, IL; and her stepdaughter Laura Anne Turner of Olney, IL. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the "Oblong Children's Christian Home", with envelopes available at the cemetery.
