He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Stevens and Lena Gladys Stevens (Cokley); his wife Anna Pauline (Pampe); his son Phil Stevens; and his siblings, Kathleen Gill, Bill Stevens and Gail Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Stevens of Olney, Nancy Wallace (Bob) of Dundas, Patricia Stemmley (Jay) of Bethalto, Marcia Hoagland (Dennis) of Bethalto and Jeanne Dunahee (Jeff) of Salem; his daughter-in-law Kanda Stevens; and his sister Ruby Stevens of Olney. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
